So my Wyandottes have been laying dark to moderately dark brown eggs since January. I had a crowding problem in the coop about 3 weeks ago and made a nice large run for them and relocated the coop to another side of the yard. Since then, unfortunately my Delaware has died from unknown reasons, but more importantly my nice rich looking eggs have turned nearly white. I can't find a lot of information on pigment loss by googling it or even on this forum. Has anyone has this problem? and is it fixable? It has been consistent for the last 2 1/2 weeks or so.
