Brown eggs turning white

My Jersey Giant hen's eggs are changing from a medium brown with speckles to an off-white. They taste the same and she seems healthy, but I know that the breed's eggs are supposed to be brown. I'm concerned that she may not be getting enough vitamins or something and that's the reason for the color-change. Any thoughts??

Genetic and time. Some birds lay lighter eggs, shell pigment is genetic. Over time the bird loses pigments in her body and eggs will become lighter. Nothing to worry about if shell is hard. Color and flavor don't relate really.
