I agree - she's a girl. She looks just like my Brown Leghorn pullet, who is between two and three weeks old.

I just realized your in Rancho, I'll have to tell my friend who lives there to look into if she can have chickens in her neighborhood! I think she'd be thrilled!

Ha - yes, I talked with Code Enforcement, and there are no clear ordinances for the city. So I just keep my hens and do my best to avoid causing a nuisance of any sort. So far, no complaints. Tell your friend to feel free to send me a message! I have a LOT of chicks right now - including more pullets than I can possibly keep!
