Brown Leghorns

I have 8 20-21 week old brown leghorn pullets. From what I've found, shouldn't they have started laying already? I also have a buff orpington, a BLRW, and two white leghorns who are all too young to lay(though the BLR is the same-ish age as the brown leghorns, I know she shouldn't lay for a while longer).

Brown leghorns generally do not start laying as early as white leghorns or the sex linked production breeds.
