Brown liquid around droppings

I received chicks yesterday and one was really weak at the time. It is still not eating as much as the others. I noticed these droppings with watery brown liquid around them. Is that normal? I'm not sure if it is from the weak chick.

Water can be normal, but how hot is the brooder? Are they drinking/eating okay?
