Brown liquid poo puddles - is it coccidia?

I see yellowish light brownish poop puddles, is this evidence of an illness? Is it coccidia? It is often much more liquidy than the "normal chicken poop, cecal" pictured at this page

two days ago I started giving OTC amprol in the water. But if it is worms, it might not be the correct dewormer.
