Brown quail with white feathers?

One of my quail has started to feather out and I'm noticing some white feathers on his wings. Is this a pied coloring? Not sure on exact hatch date for them probably getting closing to two weeks now. Most of the quail have wing feathers and down their back, no back or head feathers yet. I have four golden quail, one texas a&m and three brown including this interesting coloring. I'm interested in egg and meat but I'm also very interested in genetics as well. This little guy had an infected eye, it's opening up better now and his crusties are dissapearing. Treating with veterycin since my only feed store (Big R) didn't carry terramycin.

White primary feathers on the wings are common.
