So, these are not pictures of Red/Brown Ameraucanas in the way that the OP was asking about. Yes they have red and brown in their coloring, but they do not conform to the standard for Red/Brown, and would not produce offspring that do.
It's such a slippery subject.
Those are gorgeous EE's, by the way, and no one (NO ONE!!!!) can take that away from them.

Those aren't ameraucanas as they don't have pea combs or correct leg colors, and the color is not brown red. this and this are male and female brown red. They are quite lovely.

LOL...Thanks Susan, we are proud of them too...That is why I noted too that they are mixes but showed anyway cuz thought maybe the Am chicks would still be the around same coloring.

Oh wow, those are really pretty...I want some of those!!!! Yeah, the couple I bought them from said the eggs were sold to them under false pretenses and they didn't know until the parents of these grew. But I couldn't tell my 10yo and 17yo kids no when they fell in love with em...and they were ONLY 1.75 ea. I don't think the word "no" is in chicken vocabulary. But they did turn out pretty though...Unfortunately I had to lay down the law and tell the kids that if they are males then they have to go. Needless to say, they weren't too happy about it, and accused me of being mean because I keep giving away their chickens...Well, if they'd pick out girls it wouldn't happen.
