Adorable!! Are you aiming to have a finished look similar to Tolbunt Polish?

No, but that would be pretty.
I’m wanting both hen and roo the look like my original roo. It has some tweaks that need done like blue feet, beards, better leakage on the hens, and I need all the chicks to hatch out mottled instead of a couple being all black.

Here is my brown red D'uccle.. Minnie. She came from the bantam bin via Ideal. Sweetest little thing, and beautiful.

They’re 5 months old and beautiful!
Here the roo! He’s so handsome now! He’s got so much more leakage now! He’s starting to crow, it’s hilarious!

Here’s the black hen, I guess I never said why a kept her. I kept this hen to see if she’d produce mottled girls with leakage. She’ll be breed to the F1 roo.

Guess who became a big girl!!!

I found 3 of her eggs and put them under a broody hen, that’s why the eggs have x’s

Here’s a better pick of the roo. He’s been doing his business which the girls.

I forgot to mention that I didn’t have the chickens in a breeding coop at the time the eggs where layed, because I didn’t know they were laying. So I won’t know the dad until they hatch. But I know the f1 roo bred them while they were free ranging. May 13th is the hatch date.
