Bruise on duck egg? Help please!

Hi today is day 26 for my duck eggs and before I put them in lockdown I candles them in last time and see that a few had internally pipped and are tapping and scratching from inside the egg but I noticed one has this weird spot that has just appeared and was wondering if anyone could tell me what this is?
