Bruised Egg?

I am about to start incubating a set of 18 eggs that have been on my counter for a few days, les than 10, when I saw one that seems to have a bruise on it. It is oddly colored compared to the rest of the egg and when I shine a light it looks more see through. It is also a little oddly shaped on the fat end. It this the air sac or something else? Is it a bad idea to incubate this one?
