BSL Roo or Pullet?!

Hi, I have a 2 1/2 week old BSL chick and there are mixed feelings about his/her gender. We're not allowed to have a rooster where I am, and it would be a bummer if it turns out to be one. What do you think?

Should be pullets. Black Sex Link roosters look almost like Barred Rocks!!
