I can't tell if there is a beard or what comb type, yet, myself. Easter egger is a possibility. Time will tell.I'm agreeing with Black Australorp, though I've seen the occasional BSL with no brown. Does it have any white primary flight feathers? Black Australorps often have those then lose them before maturity, but they might not have had come in yet.
Now, that's not extra fluff I'm seeing on her cheeks is it? And she does have a single comb, right? I'm on a phone right now so I can't get the pictures as big, but I'm almost questioning EE here, or specifically, a Black Ameraucana (which Meyers does have).
Thank you! No beardI can't tell if there is a beard or what comb type, yet, myself. Easter egger is a possibility. Time will tell.

I'm thinking you have a Black Ameraucana, which is not what most call "Easter Egger." I raised those one year and they're really nice birds. Hopefully it's a pullet because it's guaranteed to lay blue eggs.now that you mention it she does have some fluff on her face! But not much. I also attached a better pic of her feathers now that they’re growing in some. Here’s a better pic.![]()
