Solved BST--insufficient status

I haven't been on BYC in quite a while. I'm interested in the BST forums. I read through the guidelines to see at the bottom I have "insufficient status to respond" . How do I improve that status? Is there a place to check my status?

Was it the Buy Sell Trade Rules thread? That thread is closed, meaning you can't reply to it. At the top, it says "Thread Status: Not open for further replies." That means it's closed.
