I already told you guys it snowed like an inch on wednesday night, but it was completely gone by morning. Well, ITS SNOWING AGAIN! And since it's saturday, no commute, no driving, no traffic! I am such a little kid, I LOVE the snow!

LET IT SNOW! LET IT SNOW! LET IT SNOW!

It was snowing here a little while ago, we are only at 184 ft so it's always a major big deal when it snows. I used to live in Gladstone (moved here 4 months ago) in Gladstone we were in the banana belt at 54 ft and it snowed all around us, we could see it in the hills but we very rarely got any. I'm happy to be in a little higher elevation even though it's still basically pretty low.

Let us know how many inches you get.

It is looking like it will start snowing any minute here in Oregon City. I went and hurried through the duck chores and all I need to do is get to the feed store.

Wheeeeeeeeeeeeee!

Those of us in the Willamette Valley just get so wound up with the thrill of snow...even if it's just a few flurries, we get so excited.

It's not snowing here anymore but it looks like it's going to again. I think it's good soup weather...and Christmas cookie baking!

Yeah, snow is rare enough to be a treat. And when it falls on a weekend when we don't have to drive in it, even more so.

Though we are missing out on the interminable newscasts filming idiot drivers trying to drive up or down or both at the same time (hehe) on the steep hills in the Portland.

Well folks,

We are in a winter storm warning for 6-12 inches by tonight....along with freezing rain and blizzard-like conditions. It's really coming down. I managed to get the coops cleaned first thing this morning for them and put plenty of dry bedding in for them. They don't like this, though they do this every winter. Poor girls are looking out the door to their coop as if to say, Mom, when can we go out to play?" LOL It's kinda miserable here!!

And we had rain yesterday and last night. The first good rain in about six months. The air is so clear and clean this morning.

Rufus
