Bubble Mass inside Ducks Cavity

We butchered our first Muscovy a couple of days ago. After I pulled out the insides, there was this little mass of bubbles left inside. I've attached a photo. I've never seen anything like it in the Anconas I have butchered. Anyone know?

not hard, I think they were air filled bubbles, and not smelly at all.

She's not even a year old, and hasn't started laying yet either.

I would have no problem eating her if it that was the only abnormality
