Bubble on chicks neck! Help!

Hello! Brand new chicken owner here. I got two chicks yesterday and they seemed to be doing very well until tonight when I went to check on them and noticed my little naked neck chick has a very large bubble on it's neck. It feels like air and it doesn't seem to bother it but I'm very worried. What is it and what can I do?

They have a crop on the right side of the neck that fills up with food and water when eating and drinking.
