Bubble thing on neck/back

I have a similar situation and if someone can please tell me what is wrong that will help me a lot because I'm scared that it's not an air bubble and it's her crop.

It could be a leaking air sac (subcutaneous emphysema or wind puff) that can occur with an injury to the neck or chest. If there is no respiratory distress, I would just watch it, but if it seems to make her breathing difficult, you can use a 22 gauge needle to punture it and squeeze the air out. Then hold a finger on the punture for about 5 minutes to try to seal off the needle sight. This can happen again after removing air, so watch it.Here is some reading about this:
