Bubbly Eye and Pecked on Face

I've had chickens for a few years now and this is a new one for me. My youngest Ella, a Lavender Orpington, has been the recipient of a major beat down. She must have been pecked by the others, her wattle, her comb and her ear took the brunt of it. Her eye, next to the worse ear, swole shut two days ago, but today she's got foam coming from the eye. I did a quick search and everyone responds with respiratory issues. She seems to be in good health, aside from her obvious wounds and bubbly eye. There are no chicken vets locally that I can even afford to bring her to. This is a problem I need to take care of on my own. I could really use some quality advice and this is where I'm used to finding it.

Thank you,
~ Heather

Welcome to BYC. If she was pecked I would use some first aid on her comb with Vetericyn, betadine, or some BluKote. Her eye may need some Vetericyn or Terramycin ointment in her eye twice a day. Keep her separated and warm until she heals. Watch for any other symptoms in case she could be sick as well.
