Buckeye Boy?

I was pretty sure all my Buckeyes were girls. I"m starting to second guess that.

Those tail feathers! But no other signs yet...

I think it's a pullet, I don't see any pointy saddle feathers. Some chickens just have different tail feather shapes.

How old it is?

Age? Looks like a pullet.

I don't see anything that would indicate boy. The comb and wattles are small and all of the feathers are rounded so far. Age would help, most male specific feathering won't show up before a particular age.

Pullet! You would see male specific shaped feathering by now. I have a few hens with those long "rooster" shaped main tail feathers, but the saddle feather, like on yours, are rounded!

Oh yeah, at 15 weeks that's for sure a pullet!

Thanks! I thought pullet, but those tail feathers had me second guessing.
