Hello Buckeye raisers! I'm considering getting buckeye chickens next spring. What would you consider the strongest and weakest traits of your birds? Right now, I'll have to admit that my fascination with these birds is purely because of the pictures I've seen. They're beautiful! But what do I need to know about them? My chickens free range, I live in MN so it gets cold in the winter, and I'm looking for a dual-purpose type bird.
