Budgerigar - Is she cinnamon?

I've been wondering for a bit if my girl is cinnamon. I'm new to identifying budgie color mutations, however when compared to my sky blue opaline budgie her barring is much more of a warm brown.

Also, a note. I know dowels aren't ideal. I'm working on it. They have three different sizes, and three natural perches as well. Plus a few other options. I just know people will mention it, so I just wanted to say, I'm aware dowels aren't great, and can cause bumblefoot and blah blah blah. Even though the photo appears as if they only have skinny dowels, they have many other perch options available aswell.

It's rather interesting. If it's really not black I want to say yes, but she so much darker than my cinnamon that I don't know if she is.

I don’t think she’s a cinnamon, they’re usually much lighter, but it’s possible I’m not an expert.
