Buff Brahma-hen or rooster

I have a Buff Brahma that was supposed to be a hen, but I think it is a rooster. I am not actually allowed to have a rooster in the city and would like to make sure before getting rid of it. It is about 3 months old. What do you think?

Fairly certain it's a cockerel, but you might want to give it a bit longer.

I suppose I should say why I think it is a rooster:

1) It is much bigger than the others of the same age, but that might just be because of the breed.
2) It is mean and picks on the other chickens, one in particular, but maybe that because it is the "head hen".
3) I think is has skinny, pointed saddle feathers, but I don't really know what I am looking for:








4) Last, but not least, two weeks ago it started making this lovely sound around 5:30 every morning.

Rooster, for all the reasons you mentioned.
Also the pic where you show the feathers up close shows some reddish shading on the wing, another classic boy sign.
