Hi there I am new (and falling in love) with chicken keeping!
These are my first pet flock, they are buff colombian brahma bantams.
7 weeks old and I am sooo desperate to know the sex of these!!!
Please could anybody help me? Give advice what to look for...

Thanks in advance!!!!

The clarity and proximity of the comb shots is key for determining if the 3 rows of the pea comb configuration are coming in. Make sure there is no glare and it is close up.
This was my light at about 9 weeks if I remember right, see how the 2 rows are starting to fill in on either side of the middle row?

this is the pullet at about the same age.

This is the cockerel on the left and pullet on the right, it is not terribly evident but the red in the wattles is much more pronounced in the cockerel and the wattles are much more fleshed out already at that age.

this is a few weeks later when it became much more apparent.

also quite a few weeks later but the difference in tail feather increase and the difference in leg girth and overall size was pretty apparent for a couple weeks at this time.

Thank you very much for the reply! Guess will have to see in a little while then, it's exciting though working out whether they are female or male.
So with the pea comb, is it that when it becomes more pronounced and red may indicate it would be male.

In your opinion would you say what A/B are. I shall try get better shots in a couple of weeks.

Thanks for your knowledge!

I am thinking A may be the cockerel. Yes as the comb started coming in with my rooster the 3 rows was very evident and he went raspberry much quicker than the pullets that he was with, (all 4 are pea comb variety, and by 12 weeks was red. My brahma pullet is just now at 22 weeks starting to get her 2 outer rows on her comb and is still only starting to get past yellow not to raspberry yet and her comb was flat for a long time after his was already screaming roo.
