Buff/Colombian Cross

If I cross a buff roo with a colombian patterned hen will there be a way to sex the males and females of the resulting offspring?

It should be a sexlink with the males being light and the females dark. I think it would be like a red sexlink type mating.

I have a male then, well, I can start my experiment and see how big he grows. I'm crossing a 9 lb 11 oz buff ameraucana roo over one of my delawares that lays a super big egg to try and get a large bodied, large egg laying bird.

That cross will work as a red sex linked cross.
