buff colored, darker head and tail, grey/slate legs, no puffy cheeks, any ideas?

My cousin and his wife got some chickens and are trying to figure out what breed 0ne of them is.
the picture i have on my phone is pretty blurry, i will post when i can figure out how to get it off my phone and onto my computer.
It has a golden/yellow body with a grey/dark colored head. grey/slate colored legs.
