Buff-laced Brahma and light Brahma roos - Brooksville, Florida

I have two beautiful roosters. Peabody is a buff-laced Brahma, hatched from eggs I purchased here on BYC last year. Smoky, my light Brahma, also came from eggs I purchased last year. These guys are absolutely stunning; however, my girls don't quite agree. They are getting tired of running from these guys and egg production is down as the boys lay in wait for any girl coming into or out of the coop, so they have to go!

Is that light brahma a blue color or just smokey black(hence the name)

Just black with smudges of black here and there.
