Depends, do you want Polish/Sebright type lacing or Wyandotte/Brahma type lacing?

Buff Lacing in general is gold lacing w/dominant or recessive white.

Yes it will. It can't be recessive white, recessive masks all pigment, dominant only masks black and let's gold come through so it could only be make with dominant white or with similar results from splash.
