Buff-Laced Polish Gender

I have two Buff-Laced Polish That are now 17 weeks old. I think they are both hens, but they loom quite different from each other, which may simply be because one is bearded and the other not. Neither make much sound at all, but my obvious Faverolles rooster has never crowed and he's my only rooster (that I know of) and also 17 weeks old.
