Buff Laced Polish - hen or roo??

Got two new buff lace chickens. I don’t know how old they are but thinking 3/4 months. End of May or so.

Hens?? Please tell me hens
The one I’m holding her crest is wet so making it look more crazy then normal. It’s normally shaped nice

Today/those pictures, they look like pullets to me.

I'm not seeing any male specific feathering right now. However, if they are still around 12-14 weeks they could still get it. If they're older, then safe to say they're females.
