Buff Laced Polish: Pullet or cockerel?

This polish was sold to me as a pullet but I am worried about the pointed tail feathers. Any thoughts?

Sorry, I know they are not the best pictures but that one never holds still. By the way any guesses on the blue copper maran or SLW also in the picture?

It's a female, the top feathers would be different, more spread out. I also be leave that males are a darker color.

Looks like a pullet, but can we see a face shot? That's the surest way to tell with Polish chickens.

Definate pullet, I have one that is a little older and she looked just like this. My roo, had a totally different crest.
