Buff Orp 21weeks no egg, no crow...

We've had our chicks for 21weeks. We bought them as day old chicks pullets. Our Buff Oprpingtons doesn't seem to stand any taller or have thicker legs than our other chickens. But we haven't gotten any eggs yet, but no signs of crowing either. We are a little worried she may be a he..... thoughts?

It's a pullet. 21 weeks is still on the early side of things for a Buff Orpington. They take a bit longer than the production breeds. She'll be laying with the next 2 or 3 weeks, though.
