I have 5 of them that will be 20 weeks next week. I'm planning on butchering them next weekend. I have read the breasts will be small, but the leg quarters are very nice.
Well, since you've already raised them, the question is whether you want to eat the meat, or waste it by throwing it away. (unless you have somebody else who wants them) Even though they won't be as meaty as broilers, there's still a fair amount of flesh on those bones. You've already spent the money to raise them, you may as well enjoy the meat.
I'd crock-pot or pressure cook, use the meat in a variety of dishes (tacos and enchiladas are among my favs) and keep the broth for sauces, gravy, adding to stuffing, etc. I freeze the broth on cottage cheese and sour cream containers. Or you can pressure can the broth, or use it when canning homemade soups and stews.
