Buff Orpington acting strange

Oh, she’s stinking cute!!! She actually looks really good to me. I think her poop looks fine. Glad to see her tail up. Is there a favorite treat you might be able to get her to eat? Scrambled egg perhaps? Oatmeal? Cooked rice? Sardines? Anything?
As far as fluid build up, palpate her abdomen, which is the area below her ventvand between her legs. Is it a bit like a water balloon? You can even part the feathers and see if the skin is overly pink.

She is super cute! Thank you! She perks up when I come in, but her tail is down more than it is up. I'm going to try egg and yogurt tomorrow. I have to force feed her water. And it did feel a bit like a water balloon. She also pooed again and it was an eggy texture. Are you leaning toward eyp?

Not necessarily. Could be salpingitis, another reproductive problem. I’m sorry your poor girl is having trouble.
