Buff Orpington cockerel or hen

I got this chicken from ace hardware in Carrollton ga. I’m thinking it’s definitely a rooster (it was supposed to be a hen but I know they aren’t 100% accurate when sexing). Almost 17 weeks old and I only got one buff one white leghorn and one Easter egger so I have no other BO to compare it too What do you think?

Yeah just saw him trying to breed the white leghorn so that confirms it too.
