2 month old buff Orpington a male or female? Help!!

Hi everyone,
Here is my 2 month old buff Orpington chick. I think it is a female but it’s wattles are small and red but the comb looks like one of a female’s? I’m stuck and don’t know what to determine the gender as. Opinions would be appreciated!! Thanks!

The bird seems a bit slow in development to me. I would give it more time. I am not seeing a clear cut answer with this one.
