My buff Orpington has always acted weird then the rest and is the outcast and is the most underdeveloped which the others are getting along and growing they are lagging behind and making these weird noises that the others don’t make it’s illegal for me to have a rooster so what should I do? Wait until it’s big enough to cull it or should I give it away or sell it? Thank you. I’m also worried that now the barred rock and black sexlink will gang up on the Rhode Island Red what do I do

What should I do now do I cull him or give it up what would you do if you can’t keep them and how long until they start causing issues in the flock
Whether you dispatch or give him away is up to you. I have done both. Some I sold or gave away on Craigslist and others I dispatched (mainly due to illness in my flock). He'll start crowing in a few weeks and he may or may not become a problem then. Some of it depends on how he was raised and genetics.

Same boat here I have two cockerels that I've posted everywhere I can of to get them homes. Mine are barnyard mixes so you may have better luck since yours is a pure breed.
