It's a Pullet which is unfortunate in that I was supremely hoping the chicken could be named David BOEE lol

Orange one is definitely a pullet
Does the multi color chick behind her have yellow legs?
Generally I have found using a EE Rooster x Yellow legged hens creates a sex-link
Males will hatch out with yellow legs females will have Dad's EE willow green legs.

Seems that Moms give characteristics to Sons and Dads do the same to Daughters.
I call it crisscross genetics.
