Buff Orpington Gender

I have 4 of these from a straight run "brown egg layer assortment" from Meyer Hatchery. Thinking all my buffs are males. At least 3 of them have cockeral behaviors.

I'm thinking one in the first pic is a pullet.

The one closest to the camera could be a girl. The other two are boys.

All look like cockerels to me... How old are they? Am I correct with my 8-10 week estimate?

They are a few days shy of 8 weeks. One of them isn't as red as the others and is more shy, but still more developed than the ones in my flock that I know are females.
