I have a 2 month old buff Orpington that I thought was a pullet but now I have some doubts because of his neck feathers. They aren't all that thin, and there are very few of them, I just noticed that it is a couple of shades darker than its sister, just wanted to ask someone with more experience. Need picture of it's back (neck & tail), preferably standing from above & side snap a picture, looking for saddle & hackle feathering. Can't make out the feathering and flow with the pics you have.

I'll get some first thing in the morning I hope it's a pullet, it's so cuddly (when you can catch it) and I don't want to have to get rid of it.

Ive had BO's and from what I can see that looks pullet, Buuuttt, the photos you show aren't good enough to be 100. Get some from the side of the bird standing.

Ok this might be really bad, but 6 months in I think I have cockrell 's lol. Think they may be late bloomers, though I had some reservations early on. It took my young daughter to point it out... hahah. Did have a message from the seller that they were girls, but I know how difficult it is to tell early on. They are developing a bit of an attitude as well as a crow when they want their food. Looking pretty obvious .a hahah. Your advice appreciated

All four birds in those two pictures look like roosters to me. They also look like very high quality Orpingtons so if they do turn out to be all roosters I imagine you would be able to trade some of them. Definitely contact the breeder with your suspicions and pictures and ask if you could exchange for pullets.
