Buff Orpington roo X barred rock hen

I bought some Orpingtons as chicks and three out of four are cockerals. So I have one pair of BOs. I also have a barred rock laying hen. I am wondering what colors I would get if I crossed the BO roo to the barred rock hen? Thanks

A BO roo over BR hens will make a sex linked cross. There is another thread here somewhere that shows pictures of the two sexes as day-olds.

A buff barred chicken would be great. Also sex inks would be nice too. I am just wondering if the roo needs to be the BR for sex links? or the hen? I cant remember.

A Buff Orp roo with a BR hen will give black/gold sexlinks.
