    I would say yes. But not positive. My buff orpington hen is 16 weeks and doesn't have a comb yet

    Looks pullet-y to me. Don't get too hung up on combs. Some pullets will grow them very early on and then they 'stop' until they reach laying age.

    I'd say wait several more weeks and see if it starts growing roo type feathers on neck and back. could not tell from pics if it has any.

    Hoping he's my Roo! I ordered 1 roo, and then had one of my Orpingtons pass very young. This one has a much redder face than the others :)
