In your 1st pic, the one on the far right is questionable ... 2nd pic, the combs/wattles looking pretty red ... Where are you located? Was it a hot day when the pics taken? Could you take a closer pics?
Orpingtons are slow maturing, pullets don't start laying until about 7 - 9 most depending on feed, living conditions & individual bird. The hackle/saddle feathering don't really start showing up until about 12wks. Love the breed and they are good layers.
I have 10 Buff Orpingtons that I just posted pics of yesterday for sexing. Yours look very similar to mine, and mine were all voted pullets. I'm still weighting for one to crow, though.
