Buff Orpington Rooster?

I am very new to chickens and have four chicks. They are 3 1/2 weeks old. I'm thinking that one of my orpingtons might be a rooster. What do you guys think?

That's a lot of comb for a 3.5 week old. It may very well be a cockerel.

Bummer. That's what I think, too. Unfortunately, I cannot keep a rooster. I live in a suburban development and actually like my neighbors. Also, roosters are not allowed in my town. My plan is to hang in there with him/her for a bit longer to be sure, then call the "rooster man."

So, here is chicken in question today, at just about 8 weeks. I'm pretty convinced that she is a he. Anyone else want to take another look and let me know if you concur?

I'm pretty sure it's a roo because my buff orp hen has a way smaller comb.
