Buff Orpington Slaughter Time?

Thank you all for your advice. I just got 17 buff Orpington chicks and put them under my very broody Barnvelder.. surprisingly she took them all!! We are now at 3.5 weeks and I had the same questions as above. We will keep one rooster and butcher the other boys as we got a mixed selection And keep all the girls and one lucky rooster. My question is what size of a shrink bag would you use? they are for either 3-5 pounds or 5-10 pounds. I plan on butchering at 20 weeks
