Buff orpington tail feathers

So I have two buff orpingtons and I just started noticing the two have very different tail feathers. The one almost look like she has wet damaged feathers all the time. I've posted pictures of both sorry not the best quality but it almost looks like her bum has tounded feathers. No pasty butt or anything suspicious

How old are they? (I’m slightly questioning rooster if too young.) It might be a barbing issue. What causes that, I'm not sure. Can you check her oil gland? Do you see her preening a lot? (Some young chickens are careless when it comes to 'looking proper.')

Shes just over 2 months old and I haven't hovered to see if she's picking alot.
