I would think Orpingtons and Australorps would get along fine.Does anybody know if Buff orpingtons and Australorps make a good mixed flock? I'm planning on keeping 3 Orpingtons and 3 Australorps together
Just picked this handsome fella and a couple of hens up today. The cross bar on that tractor is 24" and when he watches me he looks OVER it. He's one big dude!
He's a little hard on the ladies so he is living alone for now. I'll let him out to free range on his own once he settles in, in a few days.

We just picked up 2 Lavenders and 1 Black Orpington 7 week olds. (Hopefully, pullets) My buffs were our first and will always be my special ladies!
