*Buff Orpington Thread!*

Hi I have two Buff orpingtons that are 6 weeks old. They are scared to death of me and I don't know why! They are also very loud! Is this normal? will it change as they get older or go outside with the other pullets?

Hello! I have a BO that I got at a chicken swap. She was quite large then but it is still growing. She is blind in one eye and I was told she was a she. Someone came over and told me she was a roo. I'm confused! There has been no crowing & I am not sure if she is laying. She gets a lot of crap from the rest of the flock for being clumsy. She (he?) is a dear though!
Can you help me tell roo or hen?
Thanks in advance!

Excuse the dirty beak. She was just eating yogurt and isn't know to be the best beak wiper in the flock.
Most assuredly a Roo ! About 5-6 months old.

i have a question about mine mine is smaller than my other buff but the comb and waddle has really started to grow and turn bright red. i was told she was a she but could she be a he ? and if so lol how do i tell her/ him that his name is a girls ?
