cant help you with the answer as I am a BO Newbie myself. Are those PBR's next to her?

Yes and a Rhode Island White. The lighter colored Plymouth Rock was purchased as a guaranteed female, but I would rather find him a good home than return him to be turned into soup!

Hello Buff Orpington fans!
I am a newbie!
I got 2 sexed Buff Orpington pullets from a place that got them from Ideal.
Hatch date was 9/16/2015 and I bought them very shortly after that. One has very white legs and the other very yellow--does that mean anything? Is either considered more to standard? (although I now know that I should have looked for a breeder instead of hatchery stock.)
Attached is a picture that shows one of them.

That is Daffodil with the yellow legs on the right. (I am looking for a good home for my little barred rock 'roo--who was supposed to be a girl!)

Evening.... I have 3 BO. 2 hens and a Roo. They are all very fluffy and beautiful. I am in the process of incubating 2 of the eggs I got from them just to see. Fingers crossed they hatch. Christmas babies at that. Love my BOs.

Hey guys, my Lavenders and buff/EE crosses are all I have, so I thought I would ask some of you who raise buffs about my roos body type as it relates to breed standards. I know I have squirreled feathers to deal with, but I am interested in body not color type.

Wow all this time I thought that Buffy was laying 'til I found a pullet egg and Ausie and Fluffy have been laying for a while now. Oh and I'm surprised that when I was taking pics of them Fluffy wasn't going crazy running looking for Fluffo! She just can't live without him if I keep him locked the coop so that I can the rest of hens out she just stands by the coop door yelling for him!! In this case he wasn't locked up he was free ranging he just was not around the girls which was pretty strange but after I took the last pic(gals again) Fluffy went running at him like crazy!!
