what do you think the color of the egg would be if i crossed buff orps and a leghorn? what would they look like?

My father had brown Leghorn Rooster and RIR and NR hens the offspring usally layed a lighter brown egg than the original hens. We had that Brown Leghorn rooster (Hank) for eight years before we finally lost him. He was super cool.
